Observer's Coordinates Chart
The horizontal chart shows the sky as seen by a person at the birthplace: not by zodiacal longitude, but by azimuth and altitude. The center of the circle is the zenith, the outer circle is the horizon line.
Azimuth is measured from north clockwise: 90 degrees is east, 180 south, 270 west. Altitude shows how far the planet is above the horizon, and a planet with negative altitude at the moment of birth was below the ground.
