The general part is the same for everyone: this is the state of the sky for the day. The personal part lays the same transiting planets on your natal chart and shows where they fall in your case: to which planets and houses. To do this, you need to have your natal chart saved, i.e., date, time, and place of birth.
Where Do the Data Come From
The positions of the planets are calculated by Swiss Ephemeris with an accuracy of arc seconds, and the aspects are determined by the orbits from your settings. The forecast is updated every morning; if you opened the page earlier than the generation, you will see a note instead of an empty block.

How does the forecast differ from a horoscope by sign of the zodiac?
A horoscope by sign relies only on the position of the Sun at birth, dividing all people into twelve groups. Here, real transits for the day are calculated, and the personal part lays them specifically on your chart, including houses and aspects to your planets.
Is an exact time of birth required?
For the general part, it is not required at all. For the personal part, time affects the houses and Ascendant: without it, transits to planets are calculated, but transits to houses are not.
How often are the data updated?
Once a day. The aspects and the Moon's position change every day, so yesterday's chart is not applicable for today.
How this differs from a magazine horoscope
A Sun sign horoscope is identical for an eighth of humanity because it uses a single point of the chart. The forecast here is built on transits to your chart: the system checks which planets are touching your planets, angles and houses today and shows those contacts specifically.
