By accessing or using AstroWay (app.astroway.info), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Service Description
AstroWay is a web-based astrology application that provides: - Natal chart calculations (planets, houses, aspects, declinations) - Synastry and chart comparison - Forecasting tools (transits, progressions, directions, returns) - Astrocartography (A*C*G lines on the world map) - Harmonic charts, draconic charts, planetary hours - Horary astrology All astronomical calculations are performed locally in your browser using Swiss Ephemeris. The server stores only account data and saved charts.
User Accounts
To access the full functionality, you need to create an account. You are responsible for: - Providing accurate registration information - Maintaining the security of your password - All activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems - Interfere with or disrupt the service - Use automated tools to scrape or extract data - Redistribute or resell the service or its content - Upload malicious code or content
Intellectual Property
The AstroWay application, including its design, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Interpretation texts are used under license from their respective authors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application or its content without permission.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
AstroWay is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Astrological interpretations are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of interpretations. Astronomical calculations are performed using Swiss Ephemeris with arcsecond precision, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any).
Subscription & Billing
AstroWay offers a free plan and a paid PRO plan. PRO unlocks the full set of professional astrology tools, including extended natal analysis, synastry and composite charts, transits, progressions and directions, solar and lunar returns, astrocartography and relocation, Human Design, additional chart types, and export to PDF, DOCX and CSV. PRO is a one-time prepaid purchase. You choose a term (one month, three months or one year) or a one-time lifetime plan, and pay once upfront for that term. There is no automatic renewal and your payment card is never charged again. When a paid term ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you choose to buy again. The yearly plan grants full PRO access for 12 months from the date of purchase for a single upfront payment. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and may include applicable taxes. Payment is processed through our secure store at astroway.info, and PRO access is activated on your account immediately after a successful payment. A free 7-day PRO trial is available and requires no payment card; if you do not buy PRO before it ends, your account simply continues on the free plan. Money-back terms are described in the Refund Policy section below.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If within 14 days of your payment you decide the service is not for you, email info@astroway.info and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. After the 14-day window, refunds are issued only in case of unresolved technical issues on our side. PRO is a one-time prepaid purchase, so there is no automatic renewal and your card is never charged again; access to PRO features continues until the end of the paid term. Partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window are not provided. The free 7-day PRO trial can be cancelled at any time at no cost — no card required to start the trial. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account automatically continues on the free plan. Refund requests are processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original payment.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your saved data will be permanently deleted.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
