By accessing or using AstroWay (app.astroway.info), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

AstroWay is a web-based astrology application that provides: - Natal chart calculations (planets, houses, aspects, declinations) - Synastry and chart comparison - Forecasting tools (transits, progressions, directions, returns) - Astrocartography (A*C*G lines on the world map) - Harmonic charts, draconic charts, planetary hours - Horary astrology All astronomical calculations are performed locally in your browser using Swiss Ephemeris. The server stores only account data and saved charts.

User Accounts

To access the full functionality, you need to create an account. You are responsible for: - Providing accurate registration information - Maintaining the security of your password - All activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems - Interfere with or disrupt the service - Use automated tools to scrape or extract data - Redistribute or resell the service or its content - Upload malicious code or content

Intellectual Property

The AstroWay application, including its design, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Interpretation texts are used under license from their respective authors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application or its content without permission.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

AstroWay is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Astrological interpretations are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of interpretations. Astronomical calculations are performed using Swiss Ephemeris with arcsecond precision, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your saved data will be permanently deleted.
