Astromagy of Fixed Stars
The tradition attributes specific powers to individual stars and provides rules by which this power was considered possible to attract: a chosen moment, corresponding metal and stone, a drawn seal. The sources are medieval grimoires, primarily the Picatrix and treatises attributed to Hermes.
The section is presented as historical material: it shows how exactly these practices were described in primary sources, with their own logic of correspondences.
- •Main sources: Picatrix and Hermetic treatises on 15 fixed stars
- •Each star is assigned a metal, stone, plant, and zodiac sign.
- •Historical material, not a set of instructions.
