Saturn square: The steps of the evolutionary ladder are not carpeted. Saturn square presents a person with a problem of deep introspection, developing inner discipline, and seeking truth through silent concentration in the areas influenced by the planet. The issue lies in the fact that, on one hand, a person is drawn to the planetary principle, wanting to deeply understand and master it, while on the other, attempts at such study encounter the strongest resistance—both external and internal. The study itself proves to be extremely difficult, requiring far more concentration and effort than a person currently possesses, and, in addition, chaotic external and internal forces constantly pull them away from this pursuit. After several unsuccessful attempts, the planetary principle (and, to a large extent, all spheres of its influence) becomes frozen and accepted by the person as unattainable, though subconsciously it remains intensely desirable. The subconscious reacts with various mechanisms that tie the person to this disharmonious situation, such as the emergence of compensatory inferiority complexes and neuroses that protect them from situations activating the planet but, unfortunately, come with various side effects (e.g., heightened general nervousness, constant readiness for trouble, increased blood pressure, etc.). If the planet in square is stronger, it may replace part of Saturn’s purely disciplined spheres with its own principle, suppressing focus and concentration. For example, Venus-Saturn square with a strong Saturn can manifest (at a low level) as rigidity and crudeness in social contacts and love, while with a strong Venus, it may instead produce frivolity and indiscrimination in relationships (especially if the square is in a mutable cross). In either case, the heart remains frozen. Saturn square makes the natural expression of the planetary principle impossible. Here, wisdom and strict adherence to the karmic program—which, unfortunately, is particularly subtle and convoluted at this point—are required. The situation resembles carving wood with an axe or dancing a ballroom dance in a wetsuit. When a person begins, every movement is clumsy, rough, and unsatisfactory from any perspective, yet the desire to learn and ambition may be intense. Much depends on the individual, their inner honesty, and their overall drive to actualize themselves and participate in the evolutionary process (as they understand it). Working through Saturn square grants a person subtlety, wisdom, and the ability to recognize and help develop latent talents in others before they become apparent to anyone else. Uranus square: A mediocre talent craves a moment of inspiration; a great one craves a moment’s respite from it. Squares involving higher planets produce a fateful effect—resisting it is futile, or rather, harmful, as misguided behavior in the areas governed by the planet in square can seriously harm both the individual and those around them. However, a person chooses how to relate to events and how to perceive them—the so-called point of view: both the direction of their gaze and the position from which they observe. This choice largely determines their working through of squares involving higher planets and, consequently, their fate within the framework of world karma. For example, Venus-Uranus square not only fosters an irresistible inclination toward eccentric and uncontrollable social behavior in the most inappropriate circumstances but also an inability to love a partner who remains unchanged over time—the person grows unbearably bored. In response, one could change partners every month, or one could change their perspective on the same person daily, discovering something fundamentally new in them, though the latter is far more challenging. In general, Uranus square endows the planet with genius bordering on the abnormal (sometimes beyond it), yet constructively implementing Uranian ideas and revelations proves extremely difficult. A person must strive to understand the meaning of their eccentricity, learn to read Uranian signs in planetary expressions, and then they may begin to partially discern the complex karmic pattern woven around them. Perhaps they will even reveal to the world something previously unseen, incomprehensible, and impossible—yet real. The manifestations of Uranus square cannot be understood; they can only be accepted and learned to work with. Even with success and efficiency in their application, the person will retain the impression of firing cannons at sparrows, while the worthy Uranian target remains invisible. Uranus square offers remarkable opportunities to obstruct others, and if a person sets their goal to hinder evil and involutionary programs, they may become highly inventive in this. Unfortunately, this square is more often used to disrupt the evolutionary flow, creating turbulence—karmic knots—within it. While this reflects the creativity of the Absolute, the person through whom it manifests becomes a "black teacher." Yet for the fate of the individual, it matters greatly at what level and how this black teaching occurs—whether as a critic, informant, or executioner. Therefore, one must be attentive to the manifestations of Uranus square, as minor nuances (including internal attitudes toward events) can have far-reaching consequences.

The struggle between conservatism and radicalism depends on which planet is stronger. With a strong Saturn, there is an attempt to maintain the status quo, opposing progress; with a strong Uranus, there is a protest against the existing order. In both cases, an unyielding position. By rejecting any change, they must know that they will lose what gives them reliability, and it will be taken away unexpectedly. If they advocate for drastic changes, they will not succeed, as they will lack experience and practical common sense. This square gives dictatorial tendencies. Even fighting for progress and freedom, they will tyrannize those who disagree with them. A tendency to inconsistency. Actions contradict theory. Egoism and hypocrisy, stubbornness taking eccentric forms - they are not liked, they irritate and annoy, so they have few friends. In their career, frequent troubles leading to overthrow, disfavor. Unhappy events await them. They poorly treat people, lack good sense and flexibility.

Stubbornness, whims, hysteria, arrogance, willfulness, insight, conceit, self-importance, pickiness, criticality; a love of pointing out flaws; a tendency toward despondency, depression, and a loss of meaning in life; heightened sensitivity, excessive self-love; risk of chronic diseases (often of the skeletal system - osteochondrosis, etc.). Positive side: when working on oneself, it can provide patience, endurance, tenacity, steadfastness, tremendous drive, and the ability to seize the slightest opportunity to achieve a goal.

You have trouble controlling yourself and tend to fluctuate between uninspired routine and crazy binges. Your sense of responsibility and the way you go about organizing your life seem like a prison sentence. You rule out any possibility of change, all spontaneity. You get so set in your ways that you can't help but revolt and break out. Your flings have a total lack of caution. When they die down, you find yourself seeking refuge in the same old routine, and we begin again.

Opposition, square: rigidity, immutability, invincible stubbornness and cold logic, absolutely deaf to any feelings; contempt for others. All this can lead to paranoia in the worst case.
