Neptune in the 4th House

Neptune in the 4th house is in symbolic culmination. Here, the person is characterized by feelings of irrational guilt toward the world and pity for it, which are only recognized at a sufficiently high level of house processing, and until then are suppressed and compensated for by contempt and, especially when afflicted, hatred, generated by the subconscious as a defense.
