Mars Square Jupiter

Mars Square: The razor used to sharpen a writer's style shouldn't be used to shred cabbage. Mars Square imparts a harsh, disharmonious force to planetary manifestations that destroys their principle in all its subtle manifestations. This destruction occurs both internally and externally, and unless a person tries to counter it, it can be quite powerful. Karmically, Mars Square signifies a prohibition on the direct, immediate energetic manifestation of the planetary principle (which is never harmonious or constructive) and a requirement to develop its higher octave. At the same time, a person is deeply interested in the spheres governed by the planet; they are drawn there by some force, and their opinion of their capabilities (and often their achievements) in these spheres can be very high, although failures and disappointments are not long in coming. At a low level, this person in the spheres of the planet can sometimes be dangerous to others, but they themselves are always exposed to the greatest danger. In the case of a Mars square, the law of karma, which repays for introducing disharmony into the world, acts energetically and often quite quickly (sometimes, however, the return blow is only to the person's inner world, where destruction occurs in the soul, which may go unnoticed by others, except for the fact that the person's overall level sharply declines, i.e., they degrade). In the inner life, this aspect provides the opportunity for significant growth, awareness of one's most crude subconscious programs, including almost animal instincts, which are presented in this case very prominently and vividly, especially when the Planet is involved, and their transformation to a more civilized and acceptable form, i.e., a transition to energies of higher vibrations. This processing allows for working with the Planet at low energies, while revealing subtleties of its principle that are generally inaccessible otherwise. A person will know all about the Planet's destructive power in its lower octave, which will give them an understanding of its manifestations in others and the opportunity to help them develop its principle, especially in curbing their own lower nature in the corresponding spheres. However, they will still not be able to master the free flow of its vibrations at a low level; thus, a Mars-Venus square can produce a refined libertine or an excellent sexologist, but this person will never become a sexual giant. Jupiter Square: True greatness requires measurement, not proof. Jupiter Square promises the Planet much... unfortunately, more often than not, these promises are limited. In the spheres governed by the Planet, a person senses their greatness, not only potential but also actual, but others typically do not see the latter or question it, and for some reason, the former fails to manifest. Jupiter's square brings expansion to the Planet, but not in the way a person desires: either in the wrong direction, in a style alien to it, or not at all what one desires; at least, that's how it seems to a person. This square (it can be called the aspect of Lucifer) brings the temptation of pride, superficiality, and the too-easy acquisition of something not quite what a person desires, and not at all what one needs for evolutionary development. In the spheres of the Planet, a person is characterized by a constant superficial interest in "higher matters," philosophical generalizations, and abstract religious approaches. But in this interest, they tend to stop at the very point where something truly important and interesting begins, not in the form of a luxurious Jupiterian gift, but requiring minimal, concentrated effort. For example, a Venus-Jupiter square with an accentuated Jupiter can produce a person who will attract a great deal of love, appearing handsome, interesting, and unusual at first glance. However, in a specific love relationship, they will be completely consumed by themselves, their beauty, and their overall magnificence, completely incapable (and unwilling) to even glance at their partner. This results in a feeling of complete loneliness and hopelessness in terms of social (not to mention emotional and sexual) contacts, but does not diminish self-esteem. Karmically, this aspect signifies a requirement (in the Planetary realms) to learn to treat gifts and opening doors of fate with extreme caution and care, understanding that they require further work and are ultimately intended for the world, not the person themselves. At a low level, a person in the corresponding areas is inclined (if even slightly able) to play the role of a generous benefactor, a role they are exceptionally poor at, as their self-interest and the inadequacy or uselessness of their benefactions are clearly visible, and their general clumsiness evokes more irritation than pity or gratitude (the latter will likely greatly disturb the person). Working through these areas provides the rare ability to karmically manage one's good fortune and, by rejecting false opportunities and temptations, receive the priceless gift of true help on the spiritual path. This also includes insight into similar problems in others and the ability (in the Planetary realms) to guide others onto the true path by revealing the karmic role of their temptations and seductions, especially personal arrogance and pride.

Almost everyone considers such people undisciplined and disorganized, as they squander their innate talent on impulsive and erroneous actions. They have much at their disposal, but almost always miss their opportunities. They are very hardworking and enjoy working in a group. If they don't see immediate results from their work, they tend to become irritated and impatient. They tend to exaggerate everything and have unreasonable expectations, which often leaves them dissatisfied and bitter. Such people must always clearly define their goals and stand firmly on reality. Often, these aspects symbolize poor health, prudishness, laziness, a tendency to deceive, a love of squabbles, and a high likelihood of criminal activity. Frequently, these people are known as spendthrifts and extravagant individuals, recklessly spending on friends and loved ones, the results of such eccentric generosity being disastrous not only for themselves but also for others. These people find it very difficult to control their own finances, which is why luck rarely finds them. Their near-success is fraught with disasters, falls, and downward spirals. They often exploit the power of the collective and public opinion to satisfy their own passions and achieve personal glory. They always and everywhere display a tendency toward violence and are capable of justifying any crime by appealing to high social values. Such people are prone to misuse others' funds. They often turn out to be religious or social fanatics and political extremists. They usually bring much misfortune and destruction to others if they fail to control the intense energies of Mars and Jupiter.

A very destructive aspect - a person uses the power of the collective and public consent to satisfy their passions and glorify themselves. They glorify war, are ready to wage holy wars to earn public recognition of their inclinations towards violence. They have manufacturers working on armaments. Great wastefulness, abuse of other people's resources. Religious and social fanaticism, participation in political disputes, extremism (all related to the signs and houses where they stand or reside). They can cause misfortune and destruction if not fought against. They are anxious, constantly striving for active actions, and are initiative. It is hard for them to relax. They are sociable, but not always honest and reliable in their actions. They are prone to hypocrisy, embellishing the true reasons for their actions. Religion often serves as a cover for hypocrisy.

Your child is very energetic, prone to exaggeration, and sometimes stubborn. He loves sports, is confident in himself, confident in victory and gets irritated if he does not see immediate results of his work. He needs to be helped to develop discipline within himself. This open and generous child is ready to share his energy with others. His problems may lie in expressing his energy too intensely through rage, force and anger. It can be difficult for him to relax. Parents should not punish a child for excessive displays of force or anger, but rather show him that these negative displays can cause suffering to others and provide the child with the opportunity to realize his physical manifestations in the appropriate sport.

You may lack coordination, in particular in relation to making career moves. Your emotions, led by your temper, can send you off in a direction that is anything but where you really want to go. There is a basic struggle between your feelings and your livelihood; therefore, it is important to find work that does not deny your feelings, or they will explode. Acting only on your feelings and doing "whatever you want" with no thought for a plan is also not helpful. Advice from a trusted friend is in order to help coordinate your job and your emotional life.

Opposition, square: instead of energy there is aggressiveness that does not recognize laws, order and rules. Such a person only feels at ease in battle; he constantly denounces someone's hypocrisy or someone's principles, not caring that with his criticism he can cause harm. He has a lot of fanfare, he certainly wants to be in power, is very touchy and hates giving anyone an account of the correctness of his actions. He considers himself a performer, the most important of missions, and constantly strives to teach others.

Extravagance, overconfidence, risk-taking, conflict, reckless courage, obstinacy, excessive excitability, explosive nature, love of freedom and independence. Lack of fear, ability to speak the truth regardless of who wins; conflicts with superiors. Positive side: fighting against injustice from superiors, courage, determination, willpower, energy, compassion for the sick, poor, and unfortunate; active assistance.
